We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.
All customers receive a full refund if they request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing their order. After 48 hours, your order is queued into production and can longer be refunded.
Cancellations & Returns
We do not accept product cancellations or returns once the order has been queued into production (48 hours after your order has been placed).

Incorrect / Invalid Address
If your order has been released for shipping, but the address you provided is either incorrect or invalid, we will not be able to re-send your package and no replacement decks will be sent.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to input all addresses in English Alphabet only.
